As I told you in the last post… I’m here again with the properties of the Rosemary!

As I mentioned in the previous post, of Florida water, I will explain some of the properties of some plants. Today, specifically, I’ll talk about rosemary.
Rosemary has many, and diverse, properties. Among them we could highlight its protective, rejuvenating, embellishing, purifying … I’ll make a summary of everything a little, why there is a lot of material and if I told you everything we would not finish today …
The scientific name of rosemary is Rosmarinus Officinalis.
Rosemary is native to the Mediterranean, and grows in dry, rocky conditions.
We find it in several forms: in plant, fresh, dry, in oil, in alcohol, in essential oil … Each form of rosemary has different properties.
From old the fresh and dry rosemary is used to cook, to dress the dishes. It is a good seasoning for meats and fish, although it can be used in a wide variety of recipes.
It is said that the rosemary plant inside the house can help bring good luck, and also perfumes the environment.
Rosemary adapts easily, as I have already explained, it usually lives in rocky areas, but it also survives without stones. You can have both indoor and outdoor, although you have to keep in mind that planting directly on the ground can grow a lot.
At an esoteric or energetic level, rosemary is used to cleanse people and purify spaces. One can detoxify by burning rosemary, as it helps to ward off bad energies or dense energies. Its burning also protects against spells and evil eye, and also to attract peace and harmony in the home.
It has been proven that rosemary has many benefits at the medicinal level. We explain them below.

As you can see it is very healthy to eat rosemary tea. When to take it? It is recommended between meals. It can be consumed daily. And, the most important thing How to make rosemary tea? It is very easy: You will need 4 grams of rosemary leaves for each cup of boiling water.
